Here is the tutorial which will tell you that how to add custom brushes in Photoshop.
It is very easy to add brushes.
First you have to create or download brushes which are in (.abr) format.
Then Copy and Paste the brushes in the directory "Preset>Brushes" where Adobe Photoshop is installed.
Here is Example address in my PC.
" C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Presets\Brushes "
Then you have to run Photoshop and follow the steps which are given in this tutorial.
